Neal Perbix
American, 1981
Neal Perbix is a Minnesota native and currently lives and works in Northeast Minneapolis. He graduated from the University of Minnesota with a BFA in sculpture and furniture design in 2005.
Perbix is constantly trying to work on new ideas and theories through his artistic process and draws inspiration from friends, family, music and culture. He is most fascinated by the means in which people communicate. Utilizing materials such as tape, snap lines, and acrylic paint, Perbix adds depth and complexity to his clean, geometric designs.
His work has been featured in numerous galleries and public spaces in the Twin Cities and is represented by Bicycle Fine Art in New York City.
