Jonny Kelson

Jonny Kelson was born in the Twin Cities, Minnesota in 1976.
After a career in music, Kelson turned to painting as his new artistic direction. As a collector of late 16th -19th century paintings, Kelson is deeply inspired by this era of art history. Having these works in his personal collection, Kelson is able to study these paintings up close and intimately, informing his knowledge of technique.
Kelson is best known for his portraiture, both commissioned and personal.
