Schuco Clockwork "Dancing Boy with a Beer Mug," Germany, Circa 1940

Description
Entertaining clockwork toy that when wound up starts young German boy dancing and drinking from his beer mug. Near mint condition for this toy manufactured by the Schuco Company of Germany, circa 1940's. Hand painted metal face has a porcelain like quality and is almost perfect, as are the hand painted metal feet, hands, and original felt clothing.
Marked "Schuco Patent" and "Made in Germany" on outside of bear's feet.
5 1/2" high. Key is included.
