Extraordinary 1960s studio lounge chair designed by J. Benjamin Rouzie. Built by Ben Rouzie and Bob Kopf, a North Carolina fine woodworker, for his wife Miriam Silverman Rouzie, approximately 1970 for there living room space at 804 Kenwick Drive, Winston-Salem, N.C. Sold by Leland Little of Hillsborough (near Durham), N.C. in 2016 upon the death of Ben Rouzie. Chair spent its entire life at Rouzies house. The condition is excellent and the craft is absolute high end. That is a true masterpiece.
