18th Century English Georgian Hutch - Welsh Dresser in Two Parts

Description
A late 18th century two-part English oak Welsh dresser server or buffet with an exceptional patina from the Georgian period. The upper section has four shelves and a central cupboard door. The lower section has a scalloped apron and three drawers ending in cabriole legs with pad feet. The upper cupboard and lower drawers are framed by ebony and satinwood marquetry.
The upper section has a unique graduated rack allowing for display of larger items in the centre. The distance between each shelf, starting at the top, is 9.5 in., 10.75 in., 9.5 in., and 7.13 in. Each shelf is 28.25 in. wide. -
