A monumental mid 19th century French Directoire style two-part bibliothèque (library) from the south of France in original paint. The upper library features three fully adjustable shelves for each of the four divided sections. The upper shelves measure 24 inches wide and 10.25 inches deep. The lower buffet sits upon a plinth base and is also divided into four sections. The lower doors open to one interior shelf that is 17.25 inches deep. The patina on this piece is incredible. A Maison & Co. favorite.
