A Mid-20th Century 18 karat gold watch bracelet with diamonds by Omega. The polished gold watch bracelet is composed of 10 flexible ridged bombè sections. The cover of the watch has a center flower medallion with 8 round-cut diamonds weighing approximately .45 carat total weight.
