This set of three flower plates crafted by the artist Ellen Malmer for Royal Copenhagen. They feature a brown/yellow flower pattern with a white background. Ellen Malmer is one of the iconic designers and artists who worked for Royal Copenhagen at the height of its popularity in the mid to late twentieth century. She trained at the Design School in Copenhagen and started with Royal Copenhagen as a designer in 1965 working there until 1988, primarily with faience ware. These plates are marked on the bottom with "Royal Copenhagen Denmark – Fajance," numbered signed by Ellen Malmer. In excellent vintage condition. No chips, cracks, or repairs required.
