Description
A striking Spanish Friars chair in walnut dating from the mid 17th century with original tooled leather seat and large domed brass studs. Standing on rectangular legs joined by a broad carved front stretcher and held together with the original iron bolt pins.
The leather shows it's age with old seams and hand stitched repairs there is a deep patina to the wood with old repairs to the back left leg and front left arm. -
