Pair of 1950s Paavo Tynell 9414 Wall Lights for Taito Oy. Executed in brass with custom textile shades that approximate design of the original. Articulating arms rotate left and right. Extends to a maximum depth of 29 inches from wall and folds to a minimum depth of 14 inches. Shade can be rotated. On/off switch on shade.

Manufacturer's stamp on brass. Taito Oy was one of the most innovative Scandinavian lighting design companies in during the midcentury era, with Tynell their superstar. His designs have been long sought after by collectors in the know.
