EXCEPTIONAL GILT BRONZE RESTAURATION PERIOD CANDELABRA CONVERTED TO A TABLE LAMP
The bulb holder mounted on to the central tapering and fluted column, decorated at the top with vines and at the bottom matt and burnished acanthus leaves. The whole supported on a tripod base, each leg decorated with vines and leaves, terminating in a paw foot and resting on a raised triangular plinth with concave edges. France c. 1830.
Converted to a lamp and electrified for the UK.
