Stylish sycamore marquetry and inlaid two door buffet by Jules Leleu. Classically designed with a Directoire inspiration, this piece is a perfect example of Leleu's mastery of style and proportion . The piece is part of a suite of furniture bought in Paris at the Leleu establishment in 1953, we can provide a copy of the original bill of sale upon request. Signed "Leleu" on the inside of the door. and numbered at the back.
