    Condition: Newly upholstered.

    Unique and dramatic 79" tall high-back black lacquered spindle writing chair. This modernist design features a tall curved spindle back, semi-circular base, round upholstered seat, upholstered backrest and asymmetrical arms intended as a writing surface. Piano gloss black lacquered finish. The seat and back have been newly upholstered in an off-white and black woven chenille textured fabric. A fabric swatch is available upon request. Surprisingly comfortable! Consider using as a sculptural statement in a foyer or living room.

    Condition: Good. One vertical spindle does exhibit a slight bend / warp. Minor touch ups to the black lacquer, especially around the front of the base. Minor crazing to the lacquer on the writing surface. Overall in very good vintage condition.
