FRENCH 19TH CENTURY PAINTED DRAPERY TABLE

Sold Sold
  • Description
A large, deep drapery table, made in France circa 1890. The table is outfitted with two large drawers that will provide abundant storage that can be kept out of sight. An undertier shelf below provides space for additional storage, or a prominent place for displaying your belongings and decorative objects. The drapery table was painted a cream color at some point early in its life. Much of this paint has been lost to time, imparting a weathered patina that is remarkable. Six, baluster-form turned legs support the table’s top and drawers.
