Description
An elegant early 20th century gentleman’s Patek Philippe 18 karat yellow gold open face pocket watch. White single-sunk dial with some light discoloration signed PATEK, PHILIPPE & Cie.; Applied gold Arabic numerals, gold spade hands, subdial for seconds at 6 o'clock, polished case and bezel, double hinged back with ribbon monogram; Minute depression to rear of case by hinge with repairers mark to reverse. Polished gold cuvette, stem wound and set 20 jewel movement; Wolf's tooth winding, bi-metallic balance with swan's neck regulator with eight adjustments signed PATEK, PHILIPPE & Co. Case number: 412523. Movement number: 198658. Case diameter: 4.7 cm x 1cm deep.
