Early 1980s Italian pair of one of a kind table lamps, entirely handcrafted, exclusive modern design composed of hand-cut alexandrite Murano glass rods, individually set in handmade gradient brass cylindrical supports embracing the interior light bulbs, on a round gold brass base raised on 4 brass feet. Alexandrite is described as “emerald by day, ruby by night" because it changes from violet amethyst color to aquamarine blue depending on the light source. These lamps create a unique atmosphere and are a statement of elegance and rarity.
