Beautiful handmade container in the shape of an articulating silver fish. Incredible craftsmanship; wonderful example of Spratling's Mexican Modern design sensibility. This design was included in the important 1965 traveling museum retrospective of Spratling's career, as well as in numerous monographs of his work. Stamped on the interior.
