Beautiful, large enameled cup in earthenware by Edouard Cazaux (1889-1974),
circa 1920-1930. Signed in hollow under the base.
Decorated with a frieze of naked musicians or dancers white and black on green background. Interior enameled in gold and green.
Dimensions: Height 10cm, diameter 24cm
Cazaux is one of the most famous ceramists of the Art Deco period in France, his best works were produced dutring the 1920s and 1930s. His workshop was based in Biarritz, France. - More Information
