    Biography George Hallock 1916-1984
In 1950, George W. Hallock, Jr. became a founding member and one of the first officers of the Old Town Arts & Crafts Guild in Cutchogue, Long Island. With Agnes J. Mothersele (President), Hallock served as one of the fledgling organizations Vice-Presidents. There he exhibited with other members of the Guild. It is believed George Hallock received his introduction to painting from Whitney Hubbard in the Greenport School District.
