Description
This stunning Louis Philippe burled elm wood marble-top commode, c.1840’s, is from France and features a charcoal-grey marble top with white inclusions, over an ogee carved apron drawer which is outfitted with three divided compartments, over three long drawers set within an ogee-carved framework, resting on splayed feet. Each drawer is mounted with highly detailed patinated brass escutcheons. Retains two keys. This elegant and timeless commode will heighten the look of any room it graces!
