Description
A Scottish ram’s horn snuff – tobacco mull with jumping horse decoration, twelve pipe hangers and two small tobacco containers, shaped tail final resting upon a large foot with lions head ornamentation. The large silvered cap features a finial which depicts a dynamic sculpted show-jumping horse during at take off with powerful hind legs coiled & compressed under its body and close to the hurdle. Silver-plated, Scotland, circa 1850.
