Late 18th Century Italian Neoclassical Chest of Drawers

Sold Sold
  • Description
This is a charming late 18th c./early 19th c. Italian solid walnut chest of drawers in the Directoire style. The simplicity and perfection of proportion allow this chest to be incorporated into multiple aesthetics from modern to traditional 18th c. design. The chest retains it's old waxed surface and is in very good condition, with great natural patina. The appropriate brass drawers pulls are newer, as are the escutcheons.
