Mid-Century Modern Four-Arm Chrome and Cerulean Blue Enamel Chandelier
-
Description
This graphic and refined Mid-Century Modern chandelier was realized in France, circa 1950. It features four hourglass shaped shades banded in chrome supports with three sets of perforations (two framing the chrome band and one around the bottom lip of the chandelier). The shades attach to four gently curved chrome arms that connect to a circular body with an orbital chrome finial in the center. The chandelier attaches to the ceiling via a chrome rod and stepped cerulean enamel canopy. With its clean lines and soothing color palate, this fixture would be a winning addition to any style of interior from classic Mid-Century Modern to contemporary. It has been newly rewired to American standards and is in excellent condition. The height can be adjusted to suit. It accommodates four candelabra based bulbs offering up to 240 watts of light.
