Description
This exceptional Restauration period mahogany armoire, c. 1830’s, is from France and features a Chapeau de Gendarme molded crest above the single door retaining the original shaped and beveled mirror which displays some lovely foxing from age. The interior is outfitted with two adjustable shelves and a lower drawer. For additional storage, there is a blind drawer within the base. Overall, this piece has an outstanding patina and will add warmth to any bedroom!
