Description
Amazing, large Art Deco sideboard from Southern France, circa 1930.
Very expressive walnut roots veneered on oak. Lacquered with clear piano lacquer.
Four doors and chromed handles quarter round fittings in the corners. Black lacquered plinth with chromed metal trims. Wonderful original green marble plates. (Middle height: 116 cm / side 114 cm).
Inside with oak solid wood. The sideboard can be completely dismantled for transport.

Origin: France Period: 1920-1949 Materials: Galvanized Chrome, Veneer Walnut, Polished Lacquer, Marble, Oak. Condition: Good. Very stable and excellent restoration work. Some of the chromed metal parts have been added. Two component Polyurethan lacquer, high-gloss polished. Hard lacquer, not sensitive to water.
