Pair of large Neoclassical Maison Jansen sofas original green velvet 1970s
-
Description
The beautiful forest green velvet fabric of this pair of mid-century modern sofas by Maison Jansen is the original 1970’s upholstery and has been maintained in very good vintage condition. With inventive, extendable armrests inspired from XIXth century english sofas, at either side and thick, plush cushions, these sofas are chic and artsy while also incredibly comfortable. Their simple, boxy form with brass pinecones and embarrasses, makes them typical of Maison Jansen Neoclassical work. A rare find as a pair.
