Pair of 1950s Hans-Agne Jakobsson cylindrical outdoor sconces. Produced by AB in Markaryd, Sweden and executed in richly weathered patinated copper. An incredibly refined design that is quintessentially Scandinavian. Price is for the pair. Not UL listed, but recommended UL listing (including Wet location certification) available from authorized 3rd party vendor upon request for an additional fee. Note: Only one representative example of the lamps is featured in the photos. Patina and wear vary from lamp to lamp due to their age, unique weathering and different production dates, but overall condition is equally good. Professionally rewired for US electrical with custom modified backplates for mounting over US junction box. Accommodates a single 100W equivalent LED bulb (or 75W incandescent). Additions or alterations made to the original: Custom patinated copper backplate added for hardwiring and mounting over a standard American j-box.
