Elm and Oak Milking Stool
-
Description
The thick D-shaped elm seat raised on four ring turned splayed legs.
This is a classic example of repurposed timber with the legs displaying un-explained screw holes and the seat being cut at odd angles, but being remarkable successful for a humble vernacular piece.
Very good patina
