The sculpture, a female figure in bronze, on travertine, is part of a series of Miniatures that have been made by the artist during the late 1960s and the early 1970s as models/samples for bigger sculptures (in marble, or stone) that have been realized on big scale as urban furniture in Brazilian cities (mainly San Paulo, where the artist moved to in 1954, after having attended the Art Academy in Rome).
The sculpture is signed and numbered. -

The travertine base, replaces the original one in formica.
