A very rare Gio Ponti iconic chair, n. 602 by Cassina oak and re-upholstery in ivory cotton this model was manufactured by Cassina, Meda as a variation on Ponti's legendary "leggera" chair; it is extremely comfortable, wonderful proportions.
This chair was made for the Hotel Royal in Naples, 1955 with light blue sky upholstery (photo available)

A lot of furniture items projected by these designers were published on important magazines such as AD, The World Interiors, Elle, Domus.
