    Iconic floor lamp by Jean Perzel, Model 41 E GM. Floor lamp made of gild brass and frosted glass. Signed on the base. Dimensions: hight 172cm, diameter of base 45cm, diameter at the top: 64.5cm
    Jean Perzel is the most famous lamp maker of the 1930's and of the Art deco period. Same lamps were used on the mythical Normandy steamer to decorate the luxury suite "Trouville" in 1935, the public lobby in Geneva at the SDN (Société des Nations, ancester of the UNO) and the City of Paris bought some of them for the famous 1937 International Arts and Techniques Exhibition in Paris (Exposition International des Arts et Techniques).
