Description
A pair of walnut window settees, each with a rectangular back and C-scroll arms, the seat rail bracketed on all four sides, raised on four cabriole legs carved with low-relief scrolls and terminating in hairy cloven hooves, the stretcher centred on two volutes enclosing fleshy acanthus leaves. English, circa 1910.
Restoration: re-upholstered. -
