Here for your consideration is a well executed beach painting of Fire Island in New York by the French artist, Claire Avery. Oil paint on heavy card stock. Circa 1913. Condition is very good. Signed lower left and with description and provenance verso. Housed in a reproduction vintage frame. Overall framed measurements are 8 by 9.5 inches. Provenance: Estate of Elizabeth Post Morrow.
