Gorgeous pair of nightstands designey by Italian master Silvio Cavatorta. The base is made of teak wood, the top is made of a solid marble plate with a beautiful color range. Very graphic structure to the base typical for the work of Cavatorta of that area. Each nightstand has a drawer. The knob of the drawer features a graphic brass details.
The family company Cavatorta was established in 1869 Rome, Italy by Eugenio Cavatorta. The company was specialized in producing only small and exclusive series. The furniture was designed for each specific commission. In 1930, Eugenio Cavatorta son, Silvio Cavatorta took the company over and later on transferred it to Franco Cavatorta. Today, Cavatorta’s furniture remains highly sought after. -
