A rare figural Handbag designed as a Champagne Bottle on Ice, created by Anne-Marie of Paris, France around the mid 1960's. A very unusual Trompe l'oeil design, a real conversation piece for a cocktail party or celebration. The bag is made from very fine white kid leather with gold colored metal hardware. There are some signs of use, a couple of handling marks, the interior lining has ink marks & there are remains of a paper price tag inside the lid. Please scroll to see all photos. Considering the age of the bag & the white color, the overall condition is very good. A must have for any serious handbag or Trompe l'oeil object collector.
