-
Description
This is a charming pair of early to mid-nineteenth century (possibly period, late 18th c.) Louis XVI side chairs. The chairs have retained their original pale gray-green painted surface which has acquired a rich natural patina. The chairs are upholstered in a vintage high-end cheetah velvet reminiscent of Madeline Castaing. The upholstery is further detailed in brass nail heads.
