18th Century French Alsace Milk Pitcher 1

Sold Sold
  • Description
    - Originally used for milk, this jaspé pitcher was made by hand in France during the late 18th century. This piece features the earthen colors synonymous with the jaspé glazing technique, which is characterized by marbled swirls.

    - A true example of utilitarian art, we love using these pieces as vessels for wildflowers (we recommend using a liner), paintbrushes, or kitchen utensils.
