Gemjunky Jewelry
Gemjunky is an international brand known for unique jewelry creations, crafted primarily from Brazilian-sourced gemstones. The American-born Founders Martha D’Alessandro and Kathy Norris, each were long term expatriates of Rio de Janeiro and Sao Paulo. They spent extensive periods in the Brazilian gem mines as well as commercial gem centers throughout Asia and South Africa.
Martha is a Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain as well as earning a Gemologist diploma from the Gemological Institute of America. The creations they offer are one-of-a-kind and a product of their combined 40 years of experience with gemstones and jewelry.

Founders
Gemjunky is a collaboration between two long-term expats, formerly resident in Brazil. Both Kathy and Martha have formally studied gemology and jewelry design, to include frequent visits to various mining regions within Brazil, South Africa and the Far East to examine and purchase stock. Martha earned her diploma in Gemology at the Gemological Institute of America in 1991 and is a Fellow of the Gemmological Association of Great Britain. The creations they offer are all one-of-a-kind and the product of their combined 40 years of experience in the market.
