Jill Newhouse Gallery

Founded in 1980, Jill Newhouse Gallery specializes in Master Drawings of all periods. Our inventory includes drawings and watercolors by old master to early modern artists as well as contemporary, with a range that will interest museums, beginning collectors, and sophisticated buyers. We work with collectors to build thoughtful, interesting, and beautiful collections that work with their abilities and desires.

Jill Newhouse Gallery participates in art and cultural events held locally, nationally, and internationally while maintaining a schedule of important exhibitions. We exhibit regularly in Le Salon du Dessin (Paris), The Art Fair (New York) as well as mount gallery exhibitions such as Dorothea Rockburne (October 2013), Theodore Gericault (Summer, 2014), and Edouard Vuillard and Contemporary Art (2016).

We are located just across the street from the Metropolitan Museum of Art. The gallery is open Monday through Friday, 10:00 to 5:30. Private appointments can be easily arranged.
