French Biot jar with yellow glazed rim dating to the late 19th century. Nice patina and pitted surface from decades of natural wear and use. Two similar sized Biot jars are available (items ref. 1056A and 1056B - see last three images) and can be used as a pair. Sold individually and priced $2,600 each.
