Description
An oak spirit barrel made from H.M.S. Victory timber, 1890, comprising a small coopered cask with brass rings, a central tap and stopper, and glass ends, inscribed ‘made from the piece of one of the timbers of the cabin from HS Victory, struck by a round of shot at Trafalgar’, on an x-frame stand with a plaque inscribed ‘Victory,Trafalgar,1805’. English.
