An attractive walnut model of fencer, standing with one foot forward and looking slightly over his left shoulder while flexing the metal blade of his foil in his hands , with a moustache and slicked back hair and wearing his shirt unbuttoned with cuffs turned back, raised on an octagonal plinth. European, circa 1930.
