Pair of Modern Georgian sterling silver candlesticks. Made by Towle Silversmiths in Newburyport, Mass., ca 1940. Each: Elongated baluster socket with flat rim on baluster shaft. Raised round foot with cabled band wrapped around sides. Fully marked including maker’s stamp and no. 131. Very good condition.
