Edwardian sterling silver cigar box. Made by Tiffany & Co. in New York in 1922. Rectangular with straight sides; cover hinged with gently curved top. On sides, alternating reeded and plain bands in plain frames; same on cover with central rectangle (vacant). Box interior cedar lined and partitioned. Cover interior gilt washed. Fully marked including maker’s stamp, pattern no. 20041Y (first produced in 1922), and director’s letter m. Very good condition.
