This characteristic and beautiful NW Persian rustic carpet features an all-natural dye palette with a madder red field anchored by a layered navy and blood red pointed octogramme palmette medallion. The stepped cream corners are filled with angular vines, small flowers and serrated leaves. Medium blue corner squares. Navy main border with red, green and rust reversing turtles. Cotton foundation, medium weave. Good condition.
