This boldly drawn NW Persian village Kenare (runner) shows a pattern of deeply serrated paired leaves supporting either red octagons, or green or ecru stepped upright lozenges, all on the navy field. Five medallions in all. Three identical borders in cream, coral and straw with stretched meander patterns. Coarse/moderate weave. Good condition.
