The narrow rich madder field sports an ascending stylized five calyx pattern in royal blue, goldenrod and ecru. Main ivory "crab" border and keyhole reciprocal outermost stripe. Wool foundation, moderate weave. Good condition for the age. Attractive and authentic rug with handspun materials and natural dyes.
