Description
This west Persian, well-woven scatter on cotton features a well-covered cream field with staghorn botehs and pelta-like devices incorporating smaller botehs. Narrow ecru border with palmettes and floret arrays. The whole rug betrays a Zil-i-Sultan aesthetic. Narrow abrash panel across and below the centre. Good condition.
