Description
The extraordinary straw yellow open field hosts a stepped and angularly lobed, abrashed light blue medallion with eight small and smaller pendants,. An openwork sub-medallion is formed by conjoint forked arabesques and four radiating palmettes. En suite corners. Ivory-ecru main border with skinny rosettes. Very attractive Kurdish city piece. Solid weave with compact pile. Slight reduction at one end, otherwise good condition.
