The best SW Persian, Fars Province nomadic rugs, mostly in scatter formats. Geometric Gabbehs, lion rugs, adapted Persian curvilinear styles. Some well-woven prayer rugs. All-wool constructions. Geometric kilims with crisp palettes. Finely woven saddlebags, some with silk wefts. Pictorial rugs. Weaving goes back to at least the mid-19th century. Excellent wool quality.
